During my career in Navitas Professional Services, I can clearly state that the Navitas organisation is continuously delivering their promises throughout the history ,in the present as well as hoping to do so in future. It’s nothing but doing what Navitas says and going to do when Navitas say we are going to do it. It helps to build trust on Navitas brand and it reflects continues commitment and dedication for their stakeholders. Sometimes, when we go above and beyond it, we were able to make stronger impression on brand. For instance, when Navitas has made a statement that we continually maintaining our education quality standards at the beginning of the organization, as a team we have proven that within a every piece of work, we are delivering a high quality education   and services to our students and other clients. 



Clear Communication


In here, we would like to bring the communication policies in our own and it helps us to maintain clear and concise information flow around the respective parties. Everything which related to training services has been clearly documented to ensure that everyone get the same service regardless of the trainer or resource person. In other hand it helps us to maintain the quality of the service. When talking about payments, it is clearly state that how it works and when to make payments and amount.



Innovate

Navitas has enormous reputation for their up to date materials and resources which was attained since the beginning of the organization. Because of our innovative staff and students. When talking about education materials and technology, its continually updating   and we have to adhere to the changes what industry request. Then only our students attain demand for it. In every piece of work, we make sure to introduce new way of doing it and continually experimenting on it to get the best out of it.


Embrace Change

Change is always happens unless it changes. We have to accept it and make it as a routing. In Navitas, we love for the changes within the industry as well as outside world. As an example, we change our education material in every 2 years and change the way of delivering it on every 1 year. Not only that, during our monthly meetings, there is a session for introduce new method for our service delivering method and  if that change make big change in business figures whoever suggest it will get their share for it.


Respect

Navitas has given high attention to the respect due to multicultural nature in our business. Since our students or clients are came from different cultural background, the respect is a first and for most important thing which we can deliver in our process. And also we respect our students’ ideas and their individual work to make their life in higher standard. Ultimately, we respect all our stakeholders because we know that everyone adding some value to the organization and it helps to maintain and improve our quality service.


Collaborate

Navitas is completely not an individual effort, it’s a collaborative effort by all means. Whatever the services we offer right now has enormous evolution based on group of people who server it since the beginning. We highly believe that more heads are better than one and it produce more productive outcome than anywhere else. Even during a problem we faced, we have bunch of people who are responsible and good at to solve those in more desirable manner.
