Core Values for Business
There are countless types of core values, as you can see, our group suggested after brainstorming session so business will need to choose the ones that are right for business or organization. It's natural to choose a long list of core values in an effort to be the best organization can be, but limiting selection to two or three helps organization to focus on mission in business without becoming distracted.

It is important for individuals to be delicate on their own tasks as teamwork depends on the quality of every single split part. In order to have high quality on every single split part team members are required to develop a strong sense of responsibility for them to be dependable. Dependability is the bedrock of efficiency and quality.
One example can be an incident that took place in Japan, 2016. Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency cancelled project Astro-H. This project failed due to a front-end code error, and eventually led to 1.8 billion yen lost. People learn from this incident that minor errors can lead to huge differences which is the reason why sense of responsibility and dependability is important for a professional.
Integrity
Integrity in business is an essential ingredient for sustainable, long-term, business growth and success. It can be hard to define and difficult to measure, but you know it when you see it, and it’s clear when it’s not there. It’s obvious that acting with integrity can be hard to do; it’s equally obvious that we all want to be treated that way by others. Integrity is more than something that sounds catchy on a corporate website or marketing piece. Plenty of companies promise that they have integrity but don't back it up through action. The truth is that practicing integrity provides many benefits to your business
People come to Facebook to make meaningful connections. They’ve found that when people represent themselves on Facebook the same way they do in real life, they act responsibly. Fake accounts don’t follow this pattern, and are closely related to the creation and spread of spam. That’s why they’re so focused on keeping these inauthentic accounts and their activity off our platform. While authenticity is a cornerstone of Facebook and protecting it is essential to building informed communities and promoting civic engagement, Facebook must always work to do better. In that spirit, they expect new advances to deliver and that will serve as a stepping stone as they continue to iterate and improve.
Creativity
Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing.
Creativity is a magic thing in the business field. One company who has their own creative imagination can make the world so different. Back to the 1980s, it’s hard to believe nowadays the personal computer can work with Graphic User Interface. However, Steven Jobs, the third person who used an apple changed the whole world and brought a huge step to electronic products. By continuously bringing new creations to the public, Steven Jobs uses his creativity to gradually make the world different. When the iPhone first came out, no one could imagine how much humans depend on smartphones now, just like people can’t imagine a cell phone can work as a Walkman at that time. The creativity can make a huge profit for the company as well as they can make the company fresh to the public.
Education
Education is important to many companies to have more skilled customers to use their products, which can improve the customer experience. Since 2014, Apple has been at the forefront of providing educational solutions to schools across the United States. Through a partnership with ConnectEd, the company has donated its products to students and teachers at 114 underserved schools. They also pledged $100 million worth of teaching and learning solutions. The company continues to work with the students and teachers, teaching them how to use the products to enhance the learning experience, as well as for life.
Positivity
It is an overall experience about someone’s overall perspective on his/her own personal life and the tendency to focus on all good in their lives. This is a main core value that has to be in people’s lives. As an example in the business world we have to face so many unexpected situations and have to act if it is not how we expected it is. No matter what we have to successfully face those kinds of unexpected situations with our positive attitude and with the positive mindset. To increase the positivity we have to build and maintain relationships with positive mind people. Always we have to think in a positive way.
